Based on the simulation results that the thermal environment of the screen door underground railway station is better than that of the safety door underground railway station in the severe cold zone in winter, the measures for improving the thermal environment of the screen door underground railway station are analysed and studied. The results show that the installation of door curtains or door curtains plus hot air curtains in the entrance and exit channels can increase the temperature in the station, but there are also problems such as poor air quality in the station and large energy consumption of hot air curtains. A platform outdoor air system based on tunnel waste heat utilization is proposed, which can significantly improve the thermal environment and air quality of the station in combination with the use of curtains. Compared with the hot air curtain, the platform outdoor air system based on the waste heat utilization of the tunnel can reduce the energy consumption by about 16.5%, which provides a reference for the design and operation of the environmental control system of the screen door underground railway station in the severe cold zone in winter.
